About Us

Texo Prefab World is a growing modular construction company specializing in prefab homes, container homes, modular buildings, site offices, and portable structures.

We manufacture in factory and install at site, so the role requires both production and site supervision knowledge.

We are looking for a responsible technical person who can handle factory work, workers, and site execution.

Role Overview:

As Factory Production Supervisor, you will be the backbone of our manufacturing operations — ensuring daily production targets are met with zero compromise on quality, safety, and efficiency. You will lead a team of skilled workers, coordinate with procurement and stores, and report directly to the Plant Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day production activities including fabrication, welding, sheet metal work, and assembly of prefab structures
• Plan and allocate manpower, machines, and materials to meet daily/weekly production schedules
• Enforce strict quality checks at each production stage — ensure products meet client specifications and company standards
• Monitor and reduce wastage of raw materials (steel, GI sheets, insulation panels, etc.)
• Maintain shift-wise production reports and submit daily MIS to management
• Coordinate with the Stores department for timely availability of raw materials and consumables
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective measures proactively
• Ensure full compliance with factory safety regulations, PPE usage, and housekeeping (5S standards)
• Train and mentor shop floor workers; maintain discipline and attendance records
• Participate in new product development trials and production process improvements
• Supervise installation of prefab / modular structures
• Ensure safe and proper execution
• Handle factory workers / welders / helpers
• Material requirement report
• Daily production report

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of steel / fabrication / construction
• Ability to read drawings
• Experience handling workers
• Practical problem solving
• Willing to work in factory + site
• Responsible and disciplined

Preferred Experience

• Prefab / PEB / fabrication / construction experience
• Site supervisor / factory supervisor experience
• ITI / Diploma / BTech (Civil / Mechanical preferred)
