Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and motivated Front Office Executive to manage daily communication and administrative tasks. The candidate will play an important role in assisting clients and maintaining member profiles for our matrimonial service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle telecalling with clients and respond to inquiries.
- Assist in building and managing biodata profiles of bride and groom candidates.
- Perform data entry and record management of client information.
- Create and publish posts on social media platforms for promotions and updates.
- Maintain proper communication with clients through phone and messaging.
- Support the team in daily office and operational tasks.
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Google Forms, etc.).
- Ability to handle phone calls professionally.
- Basic understanding of social media posting.
- Good communication skills in Urdu/Hindi and basic English.
- Organized, responsible, and willing to learn.
Preferred:
- Experience in telecalling, customer support, or data entry is an advantage.
