Job Description
Conduct bulk hiring for delivery executives and warehouse staff
Source candidates through field visits, job portals, local networks, and vendors
Organize and manage walk-in drives and hiring camps
Coordinate with hub managers and operations teams for manpower planning
Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) for closures
Maintain daily reports on hiring status, pipeline, and joinings
Handle onboarding and documentation of selected candidates
Manage vendor relationships and track their performance
