Job Description

  • Conduct on-site recruitment drives, job fairs, and community outreach events.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Source candidates through local channels, referrals, job boards, and social media.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vocational schools, colleges, and workforce agencies.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress.
