Job Description
- Conduct on-site recruitment drives, job fairs, and community outreach events.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Source candidates through local channels, referrals, job boards, and social media.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
