Job Description
- Conduct recruitment drives and walk-in interviews.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Explain job roles, company policies, and benefits to applicants.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Build relationships with local educational institutions, placement agencies, and community organizations.
- Achieve recruitment targets within assigned timelines.
- Follow up with selected candidates until onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies.
