Field Sales Executive

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (On-field) Languages Required: Proficiency in Telugu and Hindi is mandatory. Proficiency in English is a plus.

Job OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and persuasive Field Sales Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be the face of the brand, visiting retail stores across the city to conduct market surveys, gather competitor insights, and drive primary sales. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys being on the field and has a natural knack for sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesStore Visits: Conduct daily visits to local retail outlets and boutiques within assigned territories in Hyderabad.
• Market Survey: Collect data on current market trends, pricing strategies of competitors, and retailer feedback using our digital survey tools.
• Sales Generation: Present product catalogs/samples to store owners, explain unique selling points (USPs), and secure new orders.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with retailers to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
• Reporting: Maintain a daily log of stores visited, feedback received, and sales targets achieved.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in field sales, retail marketing, or promotions (Freshers with high energy are welcome).
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu and Hindi. You must be comfortable negotiating and handling rejections professionally.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of using mobile apps for reporting and data entry.
• Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
