Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell Mr. Water Anti-Scale Conditioners and Water Purification Solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients on-site, explaining product benefits, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory
• Conduct field visits to residential, commercial, and industrial clients
• Demonstrate Mr. Water products and explain features and benefits
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Generate leads through cold calling, references, and site visits
• Coordinate with installation and service teams for smooth execution
• Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM systems
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events

Key Products to Sell

• Anti-Scale Water Conditioners (No Salt / No Chemicals)
• Water Purifiers (Up to 7200 liters purification capacity)
• IoT-enabled water systems (Live TDS monitoring, filter tracking)

Required Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of field sales and customer handling
• Ability to explain technical products in simple terms
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
• Basic understanding of water treatment solutions is a plus

Qualifications

• Any Graduate / Diploma (Technical background preferred)
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel
