Responsibilities -- Distributor Management , ROI Management
- Primary and secondary target achievement of the area- Data & aligning with the Annual Operating Plan- Competition tracking & making proactive plans to counter competitors- Execute Dealer Routes and Beats effectively
- Establish relationships with Retailers and ability to effectively place product ranges at counters.
- Ensure compliance to Company guidelines and report any deviations
- Spend time on the ground to ensure Dealer productivity.
