Job Description
- identify and onboard new drivers / fleet partners
- Generate leads through field visits, local networks, and referrals
- Conduct market visits to garages, driver hubs, and potential partner locations
- Explain company offerings, earnings model, and benefits to prospects
- Maintain and update daily activity reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding process
- Achieve weekly and monthly onboarding targets
