• Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Expansion & Lead Generation:

• Actively prospect, pitch, and onboard new clients, distributors, and retail partners for Bistar products, tarpaulins, and vinyls.
• B2B & D2C Sales Execution:
• 
  
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles—from initial field visits and product demonstrations to negotiations and final closing.
• Relationship Management:
• 
  
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, dealers, and business partners to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.
• Market Insights:

• Conduct ground-level market research, gather competitor intelligence, and report on regional trends and customer feedback.
• Target Achievement:

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set for both institutional (B2B) and direct (D2C) segments.
