Field Sales Executive

Nivritti Organic Farms is looking for an energetic and confident Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our premium Bilona A2 Cow Ghee in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities:

Visit homes, apartments, offices, events, exhibitions, temples and other suitable locations to promote our products.

Conduct product demonstrations and ghee tastings for potential customers.

Explain our products, farming practices, quality and benefits to customers.

Generate new customers through direct sales and personal interaction.

Set up and manage promotional/sales stalls at events and exhibitions.

Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into sales.

Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.

Maintain daily records of customer visits, leads, orders and sales.

Actively promote the Nivritti Organic Farms brand in the local market.

Candidate requirements:

Good communication and convincing/persuasion skills.

Confident, energetic and comfortable approaching new people.

Willingness to travel locally for field sales.

Previous sales/marketing experience is preferred but freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Experience in FMCG, food, dairy or premium consumer products will be an advantage.

Female candidates preferred.

Compensation:

Fixed salary + attractive sales incentives/commission based on performance.

Location: Hyderabad
