Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for visiting clients, promoting products/services, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
- Meet prospective and existing customers to present products/services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close sales deals.
- Follow up on leads and maintain an updated customer database.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues effectively.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
