Field Sales Executive – Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit existing and potential customers within the assigned area.
• Promote and demonstrate products or services.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Negotiate prices and close sales.
• Collect customer feedback and report market trends.
• Prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or business development.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Time management and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred Requirements:

• Valid two-wheeler driving license (if applicable).
• Familiarity with the local market and customer network.
