About the Role: We are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to join our fast-growing FinTech team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for acquiring new merchants and driving the sales of our flagship products: the Paytm QR Code and Paytm Soundbox. Key Responsibilities: * Merchant Acquisition: Visit local markets, shops, and retail outlets to pitch and onboard merchants for Paytm QR and Soundbox.

• Product Installation: Assist merchants with the setup and installation of the Soundbox and QR codes, ensuring they know how to use them.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales and onboarding targets.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and handle any initial ground-level troubleshooting or queries.
• Market Mapping: Identify new potential areas and businesses for product deployment.

Mandatory Requirements: * Must have a personal Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooty) and a valid Driving License.

• Must own a working Android Smartphone.
• Strong local language communication skills and convincing power.
• Willingness to work in a pure field-sales role.
• Prior experience in field sales, telecom, or FMCG is a plus (freshers with strong drive are also welcome!).
