Field Sales Manager

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive sales of Mr. Water Anti-Scale Conditioners and Water Solutions in the poultry industry. The role involves working closely with poultry farm owners, integrators, and consultants to improve water quality, reduce scaling in pipelines, and enhance bird health and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in poultry farms and hatcheries
• Visit poultry farms to understand water-related challenges (scaling, TDS, pipeline blockages)
• Demonstrate and explain Mr. Water Anti-Scale solutions and benefits
• Build relationships with farm owners, veterinarians, and poultry consultants
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and industry networks
• Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market presence
• Coordinate with installation/service teams for smooth deployment
• Conduct product awareness sessions and farm-level presentations
• Maintain daily activity reports and sales pipeline updates
