Job Title: Uniforms Sales Manager (B2B)

Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly driven Uniforms Sales Manager to lead the growth of our B2B uniforms division. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, building long-term business relationships, and expanding our presence across HORECA, hospitals, corporates, educational institutions, manufacturing companies, retail chains, logistics, security agencies, and corporate gifting.

This is a field-intensive role requiring strong business development skills and the ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new B2B business for corporate uniforms and promotional apparel.
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Meet decision-makers and close uniform supply contracts.
• Build relationships with HORECA, hospitals, corporates, educational institutions, factories, retail chains, logistics companies, security agencies, and event companies.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close orders.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Recruit, train, and lead a team of 2–4 Sales Executives.
• Monitor team performance and conduct regular field visits with the team.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain CRM records and submit daily sales reports.

Preferred Experience

• Existing network in HORECA, hospitals, corporate offices, schools, manufacturing industries, or institutional procurement.
• Experience in tender or institutional sales will be an added advantage.
