Job Description

Join the Finance Planning & analysis team for North America business, a $1.5 Bn segment, and contribute to high-impact financial planning, forecasting, and business partnering initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

Periodic MIS & Performance analysis

  • Analyze business performance against budgets, forecasts
  • Circulate insights and variance analysis to stakeholders 
  • Run periodic MIS reports and prepare management reports

Costing & cost driver understanding :

  • Analyze key cost components and underlying drivers
  • Partner with business and operations to understand cost improvements & impact assessment

Annual budgeting :

  • Contribute to annual budgeting

Digitization Projects

  • Actively monitor projects that are rolled out, also by sharing relevant data with teams;
  • Serve as SPOC and seamlessly coordinate with other CFTs within India & North America to drive other key ongoing projects being built in the areas of costing, bid related analytics and other areas of automation.

Qualifications

Educational qualification:  CA or MBA (Tier -1) with 3-5 year of experience

Minimum work experience:
3 to 5 years of experience

Skills & attributes &Critical exposures

Functional Skills

  • Sound business acumen.
  • Familiar with data analytics tool like tableau, Power BI etc.
  • Flair for Big Data Analytics

Behavioral Skills

  • Analytical Precision – Translates complex data into clear, actionable insights that enable accurate forecasting and agile business decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Agility – Collaborates seamlessly with CFTs to integrate real-time trends, streamline reporting, and support strategic reviews.
  • Should be self-initiator and sense of ownership for its deliverables.
  • Should be adaptable and flexible.
