What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and providing strategic insights that support business decision-making.
What are we looking for? Prepare and manage annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans Analyze financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs) Provide variance analysis and commentary on actual vs. forecasted results Partner with business units to support financial planning and decision-making Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports and presentations Assist in cost control initiatives and identify areas of financial improvement Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial statements and support financial reviews with stakeholders Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems Work with cross-functional teams Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CA/CMA/CPA is a plus) 5 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan) Excellent communication and presentation skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors • In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments • The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
