Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Install, test, and maintain fire alarm systems (smoke detectors, panels, wiring)
  • Read and understand engineering drawings / electrical layouts / fire alarm schematics
  • Execute installation work as per drawings and site plans
  • Troubleshoot system faults and carry out repairs
  • Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance
  • Coordinate with engineers and site supervisors
  • Ensure all work follows fire safety standards and regulations

Requirements:

  • Ability to read engineering drawings and wiring diagrams (mandatory)
  • ITI / Diploma in Electrical or related field
  • Basic knowledge of fire alarm systems and safety equipment
  • Experience with tools, cabling, and panel connections
  • Willingness to travel to different sites

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in fire alarm or ELV systems
  • Knowledge of panel programming (basic)
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
