Fitness Manager

Job Description

The Fitness Manager is responsible for ensuring exceptional training performance and experience delivery across General Trainers and Personal Trainers. This role focuses on driving Personal Training (PT) revenue, maintaining high training standards, ensuring SOP adherence, and creating a safe, inclusive, and high-performing gym environment. The Training Manager will also lead trainer development through continuous education and upskilling.

- Conducting regular training sessions and workshops to keep the team updated on the latest fitness trends and techniques.
