Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of API plant equipment.
  • Maintain reactors, centrifuges, ANFDs, dryers, pumps, compressors, and agitators.
  • Repair and replace mechanical components such as bearings, seals, couplings, and valves.
  • Assist in equipment installation and commissioning activities.
  • Follow SOPs, GMP guidelines, and safety procedures.
  • Maintain basic maintenance records and coordinate with production teams.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in Pharma API or Chemical plant maintenance.
  • Knowledge of reactors, centrifuges, ANFDs, pumps, and compressors.
  • Understanding of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
  • Ability to use maintenance tools and measuring instruments.
  • Basic knowledge of GMP, safety, and documentation.
