Foreman- Finishing - Site

The Foreman – Finishing – Site is responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day finishing activities on-site including plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, cladding, and false ceiling works. The role ensures that finishing works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications, with required quality and within defined timelines. The incumbent acts as the first-line supervisor for labor teams, ensuring safety, productivity, and adherence to quality standards at the site. 

Supervise and guide finishing works such as wall plastering, painting, tile and marble laying, joinery, false ceiling, and facade works at the site. ? Allocate tasks to labor teams/subcontractors and ensure efficient use of manpower, tools, and materials ? Interpret basic finishing drawings and ensure work is carried out as per specifications and workmanship standards. ? Monitor daily progress of finishing activities and report issues or delays to site engineers or project in-charge. ? Inspect ongoing works and finished areas for quality, alignment, levels, and surface finishes. ? Maintain discipline among labor teams and ensure adherence to safety and housekeeping practices on-site.
