Job Title: Franchise Manager
Location: Pan India (Frequent Travel Required)
CTC: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Job Summary:
Viswam Edutech Solutions, Hyderabad is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Franchise Manager to oversee and expand our franchise network across India. The ideal candidate will lead franchise operations, ensure compliance with company standards, drive performance improvements, and strengthen relationships with franchise partners. This role demands strategic thinking, strong leadership, and frequent travel across locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage franchise operations across multiple regions in Pan India.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure franchise profitability and performance.
- Lead franchise on boarding, setup, and training processes for new partners.
- Monitor franchise compliance with company policies, brand standards, and operational guidelines.
- Regularly review franchise performance metrics and prepare analytical reports for management.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with franchise owners and operational teams.
- Identify underperforming outlets and provide corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with the business development and marketing teams to support franchise growth and expansion.
- Conduct audits and ensure consistent quality across all franchise centers.
- Handle escalations and provide prompt resolutions to operational challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in franchise operations, business development, or retail management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of franchise models, operations, and partner management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (verbal & written).
- High level of accountability, initiative, and decision-making ability.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
