Job Description

Front Desk Manager — THE XLNC Gym, Nallagandla

Location: THE XLNC Gym, Nallagandla, Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000/month (Base + Performance Incentive)

Experience Required: 0

Reports To: Operations Head / Gym Owner


Must haves:

• Minimum knowledge/experience in front desk, customer service, or sales (gym, hotel, salon, or hospitality preferred)

• Fluent in Telugu and Hindi; conversational English

• Comfortable with computers, gym/CRM software, and UPI/card payment systems

• Strong communication skills — both phone and in-person

• Presentable, energetic, and genuinely friendly personality
