About the RoleWe are looking for a confident, proactive, and customer-focused Receptionist / Client Relationship Executive to be the face of our premium furnishing store. The ideal candidate should have a strong personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. She should be comfortable interacting with customers, confidently presenting products, and encouraging prospective clients to visit our showroom.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesClient EngagementWelcome and greet all walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism.
  • Understand customer requirements and guide them through our product range.
  • Present fabric, curtain, wallpaper, upholstery, and furnishing catalogues to clients.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and create an exceptional showroom experience.
  • Confidently engage with customers and help convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Customer Follow-upCall prospective customers and invite them to visit the showroom.
  • Follow up with existing customers regarding quotations, approvals, and pending decisions.
  • Coordinate with clients for timely payments and maintain payment follow-up records.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to build long-term relationships.
  • Vendor CoordinationFollow up with vendors regarding order status, production, dispatch, and deliveries.
  • Coordinate between vendors and the sales team to ensure timely execution.
  • Track pending orders and keep customers informed about delivery timelines.
  • Office AdministrationManage the day-to-day front office operations efficiently.
  • Maintain customer records, enquiries, quotations, and order details.
  • Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and appointments professionally.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic reports.
  • Ensure the reception area and catalogues are always well-organized and presentable.
  • Desired Candidate ProfileConfident, well-groomed, and professional with a strong personality.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong relationship-building, persuasion, and customer-handling abilities.
  • Positive attitude with a proactive approach to work.

  • Computer SkillsGood computer knowledge is mandatory.

  • Language RequirementMust be fluent in Hindi, Telugu, and English.
  • Preferred Experience1–3 years of experience in Reception, Front Office, Customer Relations, Retail Sales, or Hospitality.
  • Experience in the furniture, furnishing, interior design, or home décor industry will be an added advantage.
