About Ayaansh Fertility:

Ayaansh Fertility is a rapidly growing fertility network known for clinical excellence, ethical practices, and a compassionate patient experience. We are expanding across India with state-of-the-art centres and a strong patient-first philosophy.


Role Overview:

We are looking for a smart, empathetic, and well-organized Front Office Executive who will be the first point of contact for patients. This role is critical in creating a warm, professional, and trust-building experience for couples seeking fertility care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk & Patient InteractionGreet and attend to patients and visitors with professionalism and empathy
  • Manage patient registration and appointment scheduling
  • Handle walk-ins, calls, and WhatsApp enquiries efficiently
  • Billing & CoordinationGenerate bills, receipts, and maintain payment records
  • Explain basic billing and packages to patients (training will be provided)
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, counsellors, and lab teams for smooth patient flow
  • CRM & Data ManagementMaintain accurate patient data in CRM/HMS systems
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality
  • Patient Experience: Ensure minimal waiting time and smooth clinic flow
  • Address basic patient concerns and escalate when required
  • Maintain a calm, reassuring environment at the reception


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
  • Experience:
  • 1–4 years in hospital/clinic front office, customer service, or reception
  • Fertility/healthcare experience preferred but not mandatory


Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication (English + local language Telugu/Hindi preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and patient-handling skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment


Work Timings:

  • Day shift (based on clinic timings)
  • Weekly off as per roster
