- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist patients professionally.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and patient inquiries.
- Coordinate appointments with doctors and therapists.
- Process billing and payments.
- Perform day-to-day front desk and administrative tasks.
- RequirementsIntermediate or Bachelor's Degree.
- 1–3 years of receptionist/front office experience (clinic experience preferred).
- Good communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Friendly, organized, and customer-focused personality.
