Smaaash seeks dynamic Gaming Hosts to engage guests, manage game zones, and ensure top-notch service in a fast-paced entertainment environment. This role combines hospitality, technical support, and event facilitation to drive guest satisfaction and repeat visits.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Engagement: Welcome guests warmly, guide them through game selections (arcade, VR, cricket simulators), explain rules, and assist with bookings or payments.

Customer Service Excellence: Address queries, resolve complaints promptly, and personalize experiences to enhance enjoyment for families, groups, and corporate events.

Zone Operations: Monitor gaming stations for functionality, perform basic troubleshooting on equipment like consoles, VR headsets, and bowling lanes, and maintain cleanliness.

Safety & Compliance: Enforce venue policies, ensure safe play, and manage crowd flow during peak hours or promotions.

Promotions & Upselling: Promote Smaaash packages, combos, food/beverage specials, and loyalty programs to boost revenue.

Team Coordination: Collaborate with operations staff on inventory (tokens, accessories), event setups, and end-of-day reporting.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality/gaming experience preferred.

Passion for gaming and entertainment; familiarity with arcades, VR, or sports simulations.

Strong communication skills for diverse audiences (kids, adults, groups).

Physical stamina for standing shifts; flexible availability including weekends/evenings.

Tech-savvy with basic equipment handling; customer-focused mindset.
