Experience Required:8–15 years in Real Estate Sales & Marketing (preferably plotted developments / villas / residential projects)
Role OverviewThe General Sales Manager will lead the end-to-end sales and marketing operations for real estate projects. This role focuses on driving revenue, managing sales teams, generating leads, and ensuring successful project closures through both digital and offline channels.
- Key Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Drive site visits, bookings, and closures for projects
- Monitor sales funnel performance and optimize conversion rates
- 2. Team ManagementLead, train, and manage a team of sales executives and team leaders
- Set individual targets and track performance regularly
- Motivate the team to achieve high productivity and closures
- 3. Lead Generation & MarketingPlan and execute marketing campaigns (Digital + Offline)
- Work closely with digital marketing teams for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and lead generation
- Ensure strong pipeline of qualified leads
- 4. Client Relationship ManagementHandle high-value clients and key negotiations
- Ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to post-sale
- Build long-term relationships for referrals and repeat business
- 5. Channel Partner ManagementDevelop and manage broker/channel partner network
- Conduct regular meetings and incentive programs for partners
- Drive sales through third-party channels
- 6. Market AnalysisAnalyze competitor projects, pricing, and market trends
- Suggest pricing strategies and offers to improve sales
- Identify new opportunities for expansion
- 7. Reporting & MISMaintain daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
- Track KPIs such as lead conversion, cost per acquisition, and ROI
- Present performance reports to senior management
- Key Skills RequiredStrong leadership and team management
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Expertise in real estate sales (plots, villas, apartments)
- Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation
- CRM tools and sales reporting experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- QualificationsBachelor’s degree (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in real estate
- KPIs / Performance MetricsMonthly sales revenue
- Lead-to-conversion ratio
