Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Production Operations: Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, including screen printing, diffusion furnaces, and plating machinery to meet production targets.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze data on cell efficiency and yield, using statistical methods to adjust machine recipes and improve throughput.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and test solar cells at various stages (wafer, cell, module) to ensure adherence to quality standards and report defects.
  • Maintenance Support: Assist in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to minimize downtime.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of production and maintenance activities, and generate Daily MIS reports.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict safety standards, including handling of hazardous chemicals and gases (MSDS) and using protective equipment
