Job Description

  • For Freshers Design social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, and marketing materials.
  • Create visual content for websites, presentations, and digital campaigns.
  • Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Work closely with the marketing and development teams.
  • Edit and optimize images for web and social media use.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.
  • For Experienced Candidates Develop high-quality social media creatives and digital marketing assets.
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines and visual identity systems.
  • Design website layouts, landing pages, and UI components.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to improve digital presence and engagement.
  • Create campaign concepts and visual strategies for various brands.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to creative direction.
  • Work on multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Required SkillsProficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Creativity with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple design projects.
  • Additional Skills (Preferred)Social Media DesignExperience creating creatives for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  • Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
  • Digital Presence & BrandingKnowledge of brand identity development.
  • Experience in designing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to create visual assets that improve online visibility and brand recognition.
  • UI/UX Design (Preferred for Experienced Candidates)Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user interface design.
  • Knowledge of responsive web and mobile application design.
  • Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
  • Video Editing (Advantage)Basic to advanced video editing skills using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
  • Ability to create reels, promotional videos, motion graphics, and short-form content.
