We are looking for a passionate and creative professional who can design visually engaging content and produce high-quality videos for digital and print platforms.

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer & Video Editor with a strong creative mindset and excellent design skills. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and capable of creating impactful visuals, social media creatives, marketing materials, motion graphics, and promotional videos that align with our clients’ brand identities.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Design social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, posters, standees, catalogs, and marketing materials.
• Create branding assets including logos, business cards, letterheads, packaging, and product labels.
• Design website banners, landing page creatives, and UI mockups.
• Develop pharma promotional materials such as Visual Aids, Leave Behind Literature (LBLs), product packaging, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs.
• Prepare print-ready artwork with proper specifications.

Video Editing & Motion Graphics

• Edit promotional videos, corporate videos, reels, YouTube videos, and advertisements.
• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and title sequences.
• Add transitions, subtitles, sound effects, background music, and color correction.
• Produce social media videos optimized for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Work on product launch videos, explainer videos, and marketing campaigns.

Collaboration

• Coordinate with the Digital Marketing, Content, and Client Servicing teams.
• Understand client requirements and translate ideas into compelling visual concepts.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and video editing techniques.

Required Skills

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator

• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Media Encoder
• Figma (preferred)
• Canva (preferred)
• Basic photography and photo retouching
• Strong typography, layout, and color theory knowledge
• Excellent creative thinking and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, print designs, and video editing projects.
• Agency experience is an added advantage.

Bonus Skills

• UI/UX Design
• AI-powered design tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Basic 3D design (Blender or Cinema 4D)
• Photography and videography experience
