Position: Graphic DesignerRole OverviewThe Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for print and digital outputs. The role involves working closely with the production and customer service teams to ensure designs meet client expectations and print-quality standards. This role requires strong creativity, attention to detail, and an understanding of print-related design requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCreate high-quality designs for printing materials such as brochures, business cards, banners, flex prints, vinyl, posters, visiting cards, and packaging.
• Understand client briefs and convert ideas into accurate and attractive visual designs.
• Prepare print-ready files with appropriate bleed, margins, resolution, and color profiles (CMYK).
• Modify, revise, and update existing designs based on client feedback.
• Coordinate with the production team for final proofing and output rendering.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Maintain a systematic archive of design files and client artworks.
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all creative work.
• Suggest creative improvements and innovative design ideas.
• Skills & RequirementsProficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW (Corel is mandatory for print).
• Strong understanding of printing formats, layouts, and color management.
• Ability to create clean, modern, and print-ready designs.
• Good communication skills to understand client requirements.
• Basic creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a print shop / digital press is a plus (not mandatory).
• Educational QualificationAny degree/diploma.
• Certification in graphic designing is an added advantage.
