Job Description
THE XLNC Gym is hiring a passionate and certified Gym Trainer to guide our members in achieving their fitness goals. The trainer will provide workout plans, demonstrate exercises, ensure safety, and motivate members daily.
Key Responsibilities
• Guide members on correct exercise techniques and use of gym equipment
• Create personalized workout plans (weight loss, muscle gain, strength, fitness)
• Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions
• Provide basic diet and lifestyle guidance
• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and safety on the gym floor
• Track members’ progress and motivate them regularly
• Promote gym membership and personal training packages
Required Skills
• Certified Personal Trainer (ACE / NASM / K11 / Gold’s Gym / ISSA or equivalent)
• Good knowledge of gym equipment and exercise techniques
• Strong communication and motivational skills
• Punctual, well-groomed, and professional
• Basic knowledge of nutrition (preferred)
