Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and recommend suitable services.
• Perform haircuts, hair styling, blow-drying, hair spa, treatments, coloring, smoothening, keratin, rebonding, and other salon services as per company standards.
• Recommend and promote salon services and retail products to clients.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitization of workstations and tools.
• Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Achieve individual service and retail sales targets.
• Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
• Handle client concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
• Follow salon SOPs, grooming standards, and safety guidelines.
• Support the team in maintaining smooth day-to-day studio operations.

Requirements

• Certification or professional training in hairstyling is preferred.
• 2–5 years of salon experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of professional hair products and treatments.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
