Job Description

Role OverviewThe Helpdesk Executive will act as the central coordination point for all service requests and complaints from residents, clients, and site teams. The role involves logging tickets, coordinating with technicians, tracking issue resolution, and ensuring timely closure of complaints through the helpdesk system.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesReceive service requests and complaints via phone, WhatsApp, email, or mobile app.
  • Create and log tickets in the helpdesk system (Jira or similar platform).
  • Assign complaints to the relevant technician, supervisor, or facility manager.
  • Track ticket progress and ensure timely resolution as per SLA.
  • Follow up with technicians and site teams for pending issues.
  • Provide status updates to residents or clients regarding complaint resolution.
  • Escalate critical or delayed complaints to the Facility Manager or management.
  • Maintain daily complaint reports and service logs.
  • Coordinate between residents, site staff, and management for smooth op
  • Skills & RequirementsGraduate or Diploma in any field.
  • 1–3 years experience in Helpdesk / Customer Support / Facility Management preferred.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (Jira, CRM, or Helpdesk software) is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple complaints and prioritize tasks.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email handling, reporting).
