Home Deep Cleaning Staff - Modal House (Narsinghi)

The Deep Cleaning Specialist is responsible for performing intensive restoration and specialized cleaning services for our premium model houses and sales experience centers. This role ensures that every square inch of the luxury property—from high ceilings to premium flooring—is restored to an absolutely flawless, brand-new condition, free of construction dust, deep stains, or weathering.

Key Responsibilities

1. Advanced Surface & Floor Restoration

• Machine Operation: Safely operate mechanized cleaning equipment, including industrial single-disc floor scrubbing machines, high-pressure washers, and heavy-duty wet/dry vacuum cleaners.
• Floor Deep Cleaning: Perform deep scrubbing, buffing, and stain-removal on premium floorings such as Italian marble, vitrified tiles, granite, and hardwood decks.
• Grout & Joint Cleaning: Thoroughly clean tile grout lines, corners, and baseboards to eliminate accumulated grime and construction residue.

2. High-Level & Exterior Cleaning

• Vertical Cleaning: Deep clean high-ceiling fixtures, chandeliers, exhaust fans, and air conditioning vents using ladders or scaffolding safely.
• Glass & Facade Care: Perform specialized streak-free deep cleaning of large glass facades, French windows, glass railings, and window tracks, removing all water stains and silicone residues.
• Upholstery & Carpet Care: Use injection-extraction machines to deep clean and shampoo premium fabric sofas, carpets, rugs, and wall paneling.

3. Detailed Sanitization & Chemical Expertise

• Premium Material Care: Apply correct, specialized cleaning agents (such as neutral stone cleaners, specialized wood polishes, and non-scratching abrasives) to ensure high-end finishes are never damaged.
• Kitchen & Bathroom Deep Clean: Remove hard water scaling, limescale, and grout stains from premium bath fittings, shower enclosures, chimneys, and modular kitchen surfaces.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1–4 years of proven experience in mechanised deep cleaning, specialized mechanised housekeeping, or post-construction cleaning within 5-star hotels, luxury residential projects, or premium commercial spaces.
• Equipment Mastery: Demonstrated experience handling single-disc scrubbing machines, vacuum extractors, and high-pressure jets.
• Safety & Compliance: Strict adherence to safety protocols, including the correct handling of acidic/alkaline chemicals and the use of safety harnesses for height work.
• Physical Fitness: Highly stamina-driven role requiring the ability to handle heavy machinery and work at heights or awkward angles during deep cleaning cycles.
