Job Description
Position:Home Room Teacher – Primary
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for students and parents
- Manage overall classroom environment, discipline, and student well-being
- Teach core subjects as assigned (as per timetable)
- Monitor students’ academic progress and personal development
- Maintain student records, attendance, and reports
- Coordinate with subject teachers for student performance
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding progress and concerns
- Organize and support class activities and school events
Qualifications Required:D.Ed or B.Ed (mandatory)
Skills Required:Strong classroom management and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle young learners with care and responsibility
- Leadership and coordination skills
