We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Hospitality Manager to oversee guest experiences at our Private Theatre. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth operations, coordinate celebrations, and provide exceptional service to customers.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

✅ Welcome and assist guests upon arrival

✅ Coordinate birthday, anniversary, and romantic celebration setups

✅ Ensure theatre rooms are clean, organized, and ready before every show

✅ Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally

✅ Coordinate with decoration, photography, and operations teams

✅ Monitor bookings and manage show schedules

✅ Maintain hospitality standards and customer satisfaction

✅ Assist guests with food orders and special requests

✅ Collect customer feedback and improve service quality

✅ Ensure all facilities are functioning properly during events

Requirements:

✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Customer service experience preferred

✔ Ability to handle multiple bookings and events

✔ Basic computer and WhatsApp communication skills

✔ Flexible to work on weekends and holidays
