Job Description
Company Overview: Kassel Works is committed to delivering excellence in facility management and operational standards. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our cleaning team, ensure service quality, and maintain a seamless operational flow at our project sites.
Position Summary: The Housekeeping Supervisor acts as the bridge between management and the ground staff. You will be responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations, managing staff performance, ensuring the highest levels of sanitation, and maintaining inventory and compliance standards.
Timings: 8 AM to 5 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff. Create duty rosters and assign specific cleaning zones to ensure full coverage.
- Quality Control: Conduct daily inspections of all areas (club house, common areas, restrooms) to ensure they meet Kassel Works' cleanliness and hygiene benchmarks.
- Inventory & Asset Management: Monitor the usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Maintain stock registers and raise indents for replenishments to prevent shortages.
- Reporting: Maintain daily attendance logs, shift reports, and incident logs. Provide regular updates to the Facility Manager regarding operational challenges or site requirements.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all staff members use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly and follow safety protocols for chemical handling and machinery operation.
- Client Coordination: Address any immediate feedback or special requests from occupants or management promptly and professionally.
Qualifications & Skills
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage a team, handle conflict, and maintain discipline on-site.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with professional cleaning chemicals, dilution ratios, and the operation of floor scrubbers or vacuum cleaners.
- Communication: Clear verbal communication in the local language and basic written proficiency for reporting.
- Tech Savvy: Ability to use basic mobile apps or software for attendance and reporting (e.g., WhatsApp, Connecteam, or similar tools).
