Job Description
We are seeking a motivated HR Executive to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. The candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSource and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening and candidate follow-ups.
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Support employee engagement and retention activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare recruitment and HR reports.
- Requirements
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and organizational development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a positive workplace culture and supporting business growth.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning.
- Lead employee onboarding, engagement, and retention programs.
- Handle performance management and appraisal processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage payroll, attendance, and HR operations.
- Resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Build and maintain a positive organizational culture.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
- Guide and mentor the HR team.
- RequirementsMBA (HR) or equivalent qualification.
- 4–8 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HRMS, payroll, and compliance management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
