Job Description
Urgently Hiring for Hr Manager.
Salary: 20k - 40k
🎯 Core ObjectiveTo manage human resources, ensure statutory compliance, and support smooth plant operations in line with GMP and regulatory requirements.
- 🔹 Key Roles & Responsibilities1. 👥 Recruitment & Workforce PlanningPlan manpower based on production schedules & plant capacity
- Hire skilled staff (Production, QA, QC, Warehouse, Engineering)
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and documentation
- Manage contract labour and third-party staffing
- 2. 📋 HR Operations & AdministrationMaintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll
- Handle joining, confirmation, appraisal, promotion, and exit processes
- Implement HR policies and SOPs
- Maintain employee database and documentation (audit-ready)
- 3. ⚖️ Statutory Compliance (Very Critical in Pharma)Ensure compliance with:
- Factories Act
- EPF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity
- Minimum Wages, CLRA Act
- Maintain statutory registers and returns
- Coordinate with labour inspectors and authorities
- 6. 🤝 Employee Relations & Industrial RelationsHandle employee grievances and disciplinary actions
- Maintain healthy relations between management & workers
- Manage union issues (if applicable)
- Ensure smooth shift operations without disruptions
- 7. 💰 Payroll & CompensationProcess salary, overtime, incentives, and statutory deductions
- Ensure timely PF/ESI payments and filings
- Handle employee benefits and insurance
- 9. 📊 HR MIS & ReportingPrepare reports on:
- Manpower
- Attrition
- Attendance
- Compliance status
- Support management with HR analytics
- 🔑 Key Skills RequiredKnowledge of Labour Laws & Pharma Compliance
- Experience in factory/plant HR
- Strong documentation & audit handling
- Communication & conflict resolution skills
