HR Compliance – Tapasya College of Commerce and Management


Location: Madhapur

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month


Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Compliance to manage HR documentation, statutory compliance, employee records, attendance, and audit-related HR activities.As Well as Recruting to place Employees in our college


Responsibilities:


Maintain employee personal files and joining documents

Handle PF& ESI

Track attendance, leave, and payroll inputs

Support internal and statutory audits

Coordinate with branches for compliance documents

Maintain registers, reports, and HR MIS

Ensure timely renewal and filing of statutory documents

Follow up on missing employee documents

Recruiting employees based on Requirement .

Requirements:


Graduate with 1–3 years of HR/compliance experience

Knowledge of PF& ESI

Good MS Excel and documentation skills

Strong follow-up and coordination skills
