We are building a world-class team and are looking for a highly driven Technical Recruiter to help us identify and hire exceptional talent.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End RecruitmentOwn the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements directly from hiring managers.
- Prepare job descriptions and publish openings across multiple hiring platforms.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, referrals, colleges, and other channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Candidate ScreeningReview resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
- Evaluate communication skills, motivation, cultural fit, and basic technical understanding.
- Coordinate technical interviews with engineering teams.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Hiring OperationsSchedule interviews and manage interview calendars.
- Collect interview feedback and maintain hiring records.
- Coordinate offer roll-out, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- Talent PipelineBuild long-term relationships with high-quality candidates.
- Develop hiring strategies for difficult-to-fill engineering positions.
- Maintain a database of passive candidates for future hiring.
- Recruitment AnalyticsTrack hiring metrics including:
- Time to hire
- Offer acceptance rate
- Source effectiveness
- Interview-to-offer ratio
- Cost per hire
- Continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality.

- RequirementsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience hiring engineering or manufacturing talent is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to assess candidates objectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Preferred SkillsExperience recruiting for hardware startups, manufacturing, robotics, medtech, or engineering companies.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong Boolean search and candidate sourcing skills.
- Ability to identify high-potential candidates beyond what is written on a resume.
