Job SummaryThe Warehouse Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and dispatch. The role ensures smooth warehouse operations, accuracy, safety compliance, and timely delivery of goods.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
• Oversee receiving, unloading, checking, and storing of materials.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control.
• Maintain proper documentation for goods received and dispatched.
• Coordinate order picking, packing, and shipment.
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO principles are followed where applicable.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs (dispatch time, order accuracy, stock variance, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP/WMS).
• Good understanding of warehouse safety standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, ERP systems).
