HVAC Engineer

🎯 Role PurposeThe HVAC Site Engineer is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and executing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) works at project sites. The role ensures that installations, commissioning, and maintenance activities comply with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

• 📌 Key ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision: Oversee daily HVAC installation and commissioning activities, ensuring adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordination: Liaise with contractors, vendors, and project managers to align site execution with project schedules.
• Quality Control: Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure compliance with standards and client requirements.
• Technical Support: Provide on-site troubleshooting and resolve technical issues related to HVAC systems.
• Documentation: Prepare daily progress reports, site logs, and handover documentation.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all site activities follow safety protocols and statutory regulations.
• Testing & Commissioning: Conduct performance tests, balance air/water systems, and verify operational efficiency.
• 🛠️ Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of HVAC systems (VRV/VRF, chilled water plants, ducting, piping).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Hands-on experience with site execution, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD MEP, and project documentation.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
