Project Role Description : Lead the definition, design and documentation of technical environments. Deploy solution architectures, conduct analysis of alternative architectures, create architectural standards, define processes to ensure conformance with standards, institute solution-testing criteria, define a solutions cost of ownership, and promote a clear and consistent business vision through technical architectures.
Must have skills : Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance, Microsoft PowerShell
Good to have skills : Microsoft Active Directory

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As an Infrastructure Architect, a typical day involves leading the design and documentation of complex technical environments that support organizational goals. This role requires deploying solution architectures and evaluating alternative approaches to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business objectives. The Infrastructure Architect establishes architectural standards and processes to maintain consistency and quality across projects. Additionally, the role includes defining testing criteria for solutions and assessing the total cost of ownership to support informed decision-making. Throughout the day, the Infrastructure Architect fosters a clear and unified business vision by integrating technical architectures that meet evolving organizational needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and enforcement of architectural standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical and professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Microsoft PowerShell, Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies within Microsoft 365 environments.
- Ability to design scalable and secure technical architectures that align with organizational requirements.
- Experience in automating administrative tasks and managing security compliance using scripting tools.
- Familiarity with identity and access management principles and their implementation in enterprise environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
