✔️ Explain solar products and services clearly
✔️ Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions

✔️ Follow up on leads and ensure conversions
✔️ Achieve assigned targets and KPIs
🎓 Required Qualifications:
✔️ Any Undergraduate (UG)
✔️ Telugu & English proficiency (Mandatory)
💼 Experience:
✔️ 1–3 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer support
🧠 Key Skills:
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Basic computer knowledge
✔️ Customer handling and convincing ability
✔️ Target-oriented mindset
✔️ Interest in solar/renewable energy
💰 Compensation & Benefits:
✔️ Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 CTC
