Job Title : Inside Sales Executive – Wellness Products

Location: Hyderabad

Job Description:

We are looking for a customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to assist walk-in customers in selecting wellness products and delivering an exceptional in-store shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets through personalized customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the store.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable wellness products.
  • Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage.
  • Drive product sales while achieving individual and store targets.
  • Maintain attractive product displays and store hygiene.
  • Ensure product availability and coordinate inventory replenishment.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service.
  • Handle billing support and ensure a smooth customer experience.
