Inside Sales Executive:
Required Skills
- Good communication skills.
- Basic English communication preferred
- Confidence in speaking with customers over phone
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to handle follow-ups and customer interactions
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to schools, colleges, institutions, and businesses
- Generate and qualify sales leads
- Fix appointments and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Maintain customer database and daily call reports
- Explain company products and services to clients
- Coordinate quotations and customer requirements with internal teams
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets
